1 - To make the yearly sourcing strategy to satisfy the internal and external needs from Mekylin Consulting.

2 - To search the optimized sources for all the organization learning and management consulting programs.

3 - To select the relevant suppliers and channels of applied resources for Mekylin Consulting's daily usage.

4 - To build up the communication channels with the source representatives and execute these operations.

5 - To prepare for the monthly source report together with suggestions and make this report to supervisor.

6 - To communicate with Appraisal Center regularly to enhance and improve the efficacy of sourcing work.
