1 - To make the corporate R & D strategy to balance the internal and external needs at Mekylin Consulting.

2 - To continuously push the long-term research programs and the short-term projects for clients/academia.

3 - To satisfy the needs of consulting toolkit from Consulting Center for matching the consultants' real needs.

4 - To satisfy the needs of learning toolkit development from Learning Center for the trainer / coach / mentor.

5 - To satisfy the needs of performance management toolkit from Appraisal Center for organization efficacy.

6 - To satisfy the needs from Culture Center for matching internal/external organizational cultural big events.
