Managing Director Office

Managing Director Office is responsible for the execution and operation of following biz functions:

1 - To make the annual strategy for Mekylin Consulting and to be responsible for its execution and appraisal.

2 - To be directly responsible for the running of Managing Director Office, Sourcing Center, Appraisal Center.

3 - To be responsible for the management of key account especially for those large-size consulting programs.

4 - To be in charge of the performance appraisal for the senior managers and reviewing their monthly reports.

5 - To be responsible for the final approval of Mekylin Consulting's contracts with the various external parties.

6 - To be in charge of meeting, negotiation and public relations with the external parties on behalf of Mekylin.

Now, Mr. GE Cungen as a Humboldtian Scholar holds the position of Managing Director of Mekylin Consulting.
